Remuez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"line-height:0\">Faites cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 avoir un caramel lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"line-height:0.9\">Coulez une fine couche de caramel sur le fond de tarte refroidi. Mettre 30 min au frigo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ganache:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"line-height:0.8\">Chauffez la cr\u00e8me avec le miel et une demi gousse de vanille gratt\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"line-height:0\">Filtrez et versez sur les chocolats.
